Ozone Cafe is hosted by Ozone House at Union College. Ozone House is the environmentally-themed house on campus, seeking to provide a more sustainable and inclusive space in terms of living style and diet. Ozone Cafe is an initiative started by Ozone House which serves all vegetarian, vegan, and organic food for students. Ozone Cafe is kicking off the start of a new academic year with orange glazed seitan, beet burnt ends, radicchio salad with pomegranate vinaigrette, and an apple turnover dessert. Ozone Cafe is open every Friday from 12:00pm to 1:30pm at Old Chapel. Dining in at Ozone requires one meal swipe.
