The Association of Computing Machinery’s Council on Women (ACM-W) partnered with the Kenney Community Center’s Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP) to host an Arduino workshop for local middle and high school students. 20 students participated and learned about the basics of circuits to eventually build their own Simon Says game.

Community Outreach Chair of ACM-W, Celia Lane ‘23, was the main head organizer of the partnership. Lane organized the presentation and activities shown to STEP mentees, and actively assisted each student to design and build their circuits.
